Shipping & Delivery

Q1: How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (business days) after purchase.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


Q2: When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Q3: Where do you ship from?

All Veqnaro products are shipped from our United States warehouse using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.


Q4: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to help update your address.

Once shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.


Orders

Q5: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour after placement.

After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


Q6: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status anytime.


Q7: What if my order is delayed?

We’re very sorry for any delay. Occasionally, high order volume or carrier issues may affect processing or delivery time.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.


Returns & Warranty

We offer returns within 30 days for unused and undamaged products.

Q9: Do you offer warranty service?

Yes. Veqnaro stroller wagons come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist with replacement parts or solutions.

Q10: What is the weight capacity of Veqnaro stroller wagons?

Our stroller wagons are designed for strength and stability:

  • Total weight capacity: up to 200 lbs (≈90 kg)
  • Recommended per seat: 44–55 lbs

This makes them suitable for infants, toddlers, and everyday family use.


Q11: What are the folded dimensions?

Our stroller wagon is designed to be compact and easy to store:

It fits most car trunks while still offering spacious seating when opened.


Q12: Does the stroller include a snack tray?

Yes, a snack tray is included for 2-seater models.

For 4-seater models, the snack tray may be sold separately depending on configuration. Please check the product page for details.


Q13: Is the stroller safe for infants?

Yes. Our stroller wagons are designed with safety in mind and include a 5-point safety harness system, providing secure support for babies and toddlers.


Q14: How do I fold the stroller wagon?

Folding is simple and can be done in a few steps.
