1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, assembly, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Quality Related Returns

Due to the size and shipping costs associated with our products, we generally do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • No longer needed
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Personal preference
  • Found a lower price elsewhere

If a return is exceptionally approved by our customer service team, the customer must:

  • Arrange and pay for return shipping
  • Return the item to the designated warehouse address provided by Veqnaro
  • Ensure the item arrives in original, unused condition

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect

After verification, Veqnaro will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement parts, replacement products, or a full refund where applicable.

5. Return Inspection

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds will only be issued after we confirm that:

  • The item matches the approved return request
  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • All original accessories and packaging are included

If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or does not meet our return requirements, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 3–10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper assembly
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
  • Gift cards

8. European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
