What Is Covered

If your order experiences any of the following issues, Shipping Protection may apply:

1. Lost Packages
Packages that are confirmed lost by the carrier during transit.

2. Damaged Items
Items that arrive physically damaged due to shipping handling.

3. Theft After Delivery (Porch Piracy)
Packages marked as delivered but stolen after being left at your delivery address.

4. Mis-delivery
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to courier error.

Claims Process

We aim to make the claims process simple, fast, and transparent.

To file a claim:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Submit the required supporting documents (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your case promptly and respond with a resolution

Most claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Important Notice: Delivered but Reported Missing or Stolen

If the tracking status shows that the package has been successfully delivered, but the customer reports it as missing or stolen afterward, additional verification is required before a refund or replacement can be processed.

In such cases, we require one of the following documents:

  • A police report (online reports are acceptable in most regions)
  • Surveillance or security camera footage showing the incident
  • An official loss confirmation letter issued by the shipping carrier
  • A written incident report from an authorized party (e.g., property management office, leasing office, or building security)

Once any one of the above documents is provided, please send it to us via email. We will prioritize your case and assist you as quickly as possible.
