Update: they have finally got back ahold of me and is supposed to be sending me a new strap. Original post: I love the seat. Fits great on thr wagon we have. One of the straps came with a fray in it so I messaged the company and they responded within 24 hours and asked some questions but then never responded again. All I was asking for is a new strap. It is unsafe to use with how far the strap is frayed. I would give this seat a 5 star but customer service a 0 star
